This eBook offers two important areas in the Ceramic Shell process not previously available.  One, is the "De-waxing" function, an essential part of the metal casting process.  Additionally, this material provides trouble shooting instructions covering several default happenings which may occur when working with ceramic shell.

Specific plans are included, along with a diagram, for making the de-waxing furnace shown above. Although there is more than one method for removing wax when shell coating is completed, the author believes that the approach herein is the fastest and most efficient for both smaller and larger size pieces.
